Break The Cycle

Alright, so there is this kid I know and he gets judged all the time for being in gangs, getting this girl pregnant and other stuff. I'm wondering what you think i should do to give me some ideas and inspiration to have the judging stopped, I can tell he's not confortable about it and he needs help. So what are some of your suggestions?
